- There is no dollar threshold or limit. Any dollar amount of stock rentals can be applied as credit toward the next show.
- Credit can only be applied to a second show. The first one must be paid in full.
- Credit can be accrued. Unused credit can be applied to subsequent shows until it is depleted.
- Credit is earned on a dollar-for-dollar basis, not item-for-item. One-time discounts and promotional pricing for the first show will yield
a smaller credit sum than full-price rentals and may affect future equivalent rentals.
- If the second show requires more rentals than available credit, all credit can be applied and a dollar amount will be charged for the rest.
- Credit applies to stock rentals only. Credit cannot be used for services, labor, shipping, graphics, sub-rented gear, expendables, or custom builds.
- Credit activates upon full payment of the first show. It is good for 365 days from date of payment. All unused credit after expiration is forfeited.
